Frequently asked questions
It depends on the job. For cold email on a small budget, Instantly ($47 a month, $37.6 billed yearly) and Salesforge ($48, $40 billed yearly) are two low-priced options. For LinkedIn, Waalaxy. For an AI that runs the outreach for you, Gojiberry is $99 a month, AiSDR charges $1.50 per person prospected, and Ragworks AI SDR starts at $99 a month on a 3-month commitment. 11x, Nooks and Artisan sell by quote or annual contract and suit bigger budgets.
Apollo, Instantly, Salesforge, Snov.io, lemlist, Waalaxy, Gojiberry, AiSDR, Reply.io and Ragworks publish list prices on their pricing pages. Amplemarket publishes its Startup plan only, and 11x its Growth plan only. Nooks and Artisan publish no price and ask for a quote. Boardy is free to talk to.
AI SDR list prices run from $99 a month (Gojiberry) to $3,750 a month on an annual contract (11x). Waalaxy AI is $100 a month, Ragworks Lite $99 to $149, and AiSDR $1.50 per person prospected. Apollo has a free plan for contact data and email sequences. The units differ from tool to tool, so read the pricing comparison before you compare.
We publish this page, so read it as our view. The tools are in alphabetical order, not ranked, and each row says who the tool fits. Another tool fits better when you want cold email at volume on a small budget (Instantly or Salesforge), a flat monthly price (Gojiberry) or a per-person price with no monthly fee (AiSDR).
A cold email tool sends and tracks the emails you write to the contacts you load. An AI SDR also finds and researches prospects, writes each message and handles replies. The line is blurring: Instantly and Salesforge list an AI SDR beside their sending tools, and Apollo adds an AI assistant to its data and sequences.
The date at the top is the last day we read any page for this list, and the table in How we checked gives the date of each page. We read them again each month. Vendors change prices without notice, so check a vendor's own page before you buy.

- Ragworks, so from our side: Ragworks AI SDR is one of the 15 tools. We list the tools in alphabetical order and do not rank them. Read “Quick picks” and the “Best for” column with that in mind.
- Chosen
- The nine tools in our competitive analysis of 29 October 2026, five more that AI answers and search results name for “best AI SDR tools” (Amplemarket, Apollo, Artisan, Instantly and Salesforge), and Ragworks AI SDR.
- Small team
- A few people selling, who buy with a card on a monthly or yearly plan rather than through a negotiated contract. A tool that sells by quote or on an annual contract is marked as such, not left out.
- Read
- Each tool's homepage and pricing page. We read the nine earlier tools' prices on 3 November 2026 for our pricing comparison, and every homepage and the five added tools' pages on 4 November 2026; the table below gives each page's date. A figure we could not read again is not here.
- Not run
- We report list prices and what each tool says about itself. We ran none of the products, and where this page says a tool describes something, that is what its own pages say.
- Prices
- USD list prices; every vendor changes them. Where a page shows an annual and a monthly view we give both. Waalaxy shows euros or dollars by country: we read dollars. 11x's pricing card says $3,750 a month billed annually, its FAQ $36,000 a year: we used the card. Nooks publishes no price, so its figures are a third party's.
